About My Meals
Is everything on the menu plant-based?
Yes! This is at the very heart of what we do and what we're about. Everything is 100% plant-based and vegan friendly, with no additives or preservatives. We go the extra mile to ensure that we use the healthiest ingredients, and make everything from scratch.
Are my meals delivered fresh or frozen?
Your meals will always be delivered freshly made and ready to eat!
Should I eat my meal cold or should I re-heat them?
Some of our meals, such as the salads, are best enjoyed cold so we recommend enjoying these straight from the fridge. Others are best enjoyed hot, and we recommend re-heating these in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until piping hot! All meals delivered have already been cooked in advance, so can be eaten cold if preferred.
Can I put the packaging in the microwave?
Yes, all of our packaging is microwave safe.
Can I re-heat my meals using a different method?
If preferred, you can decant the meals from the packaging and re-heat in a pan on the hob or in the oven. Please do not use our packaging for these methods as it is not oven safe
Where are my meals made?
They are made in our Nourish Bud kitchen premises, located in Newcastle Upon Tyne where Nourish Bud is based.
Where should I store my meals?
Please store all items in the fridge as soon as they are received.
How long will my meals last?
Our meals have all been shelf life tested and will last at least 3 days from the delivery day. We recommend consuming your meals within 3 days for maximum freshness- this is why we do 2 deliveries a week.
I have allergies/intolerances, can you accommodate this?
We show all allergens in each meal alongside on the weekly menus, or in the information section of the 'Build Your Own' meals. If you have an allergy that is not listed, please get in touch and we can inform you whether any dishes contain this ingredient.

If I order a Health Package Meal Plan, can I swap meals and snacks in the set menu?
Yes, if you would like to make any swaps/substitutions that's not a problem! You can let us know at checkout. Select 'Tell us details for delivery' on the cart page and add any swaps you would like to make. Alternatively, send us an email with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org
If I order a Health Package Meal Plan, can you accommodate specific foods that I don't like/don't eat?
Yes, just let us know if there are specific foods that you don't like/don't eat and we will make alterations accordingly. You can let us know at checkout. Select 'Tell us details for delivery' on the cart page and add any swaps you would like to make. Alternatively, send us an email with your request at email@example.com
How often do you change the menu?
We make changes to the menu each week to ensure that you're always getting something different and to keep it seasonal. We're constantly developing the menu to include new, delicious meals so that we can maintain a varied menu for you to enjoy.
Is there a delivery charge?
No, we offer FREE delivery!
When do you deliver?
We deliver your Meal Package on Sunday and Wednesday. Our driver leaves our premises at 11am, covers Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and Newcastle first, then heads South for Sunderland, Durham and Teesside. Deliveries take 4 hours in total to give you an idea of when to expect your delivery.
If you order a 'Build Your Own' package, we offer delivery on either Sunday or Wednesday. When ordering, select the delivery day you would like, then browse and add to cart your chosen meals that are available for delivery on that day. At checkout, please also confirm the day that you would like delivery.
Can you deliver to a different address on each day?
Yes of course- just let us know which address you require delivery to on which delivery day. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where do you deliver to?
We are based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and currently deliver locally. Please refer to our delivery radius on the map which can be found on the homepage.
I may not be in for delivery, what should I do?
If you won't be in when we attempt to deliver your meals, please let us know a safe place where the meals can be left until you return. Alternatively, we can deliver to a different address, just get in touch and let us know! Email us at email@example.com
My Orders and My Account
When do I need to order by?
For all Meal Packages, please order by 9PM Friday to receive your first delivery on Sunday.
For 'Build Your Own' Packages, order by 9pm Monday for Wednesday delivery, or by 9pm Friday for the Sunday slot.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is £35 (only applicable for Build Your Own Packages).
