We make our own delicious, creamy (and most importantly fresh) almond milk each morning for every overnight oats pot.
Store-bought almond milk is perfectly good, but it often contains thickeners, stabilisers and gums. Here at Nourish Bud, we only ever use the most natural, unprocessed foods possible. Buying cartoned goods would also unnecessarily increase our cardboard waste too.
So, to meet our extremely high nutrition standards, and sustainability standards, we soak whole almonds overnight, and extract almond milk each morning to give you the best Nourish Bud experience possible.
