Shakshuka with Hummus

A lot of the flavour in this vibrant dish comes from our homemade harissa paste. And it's good... seriously good. We blend together sundried tomatoes, bullet chillies, slow-roasted garlic, cumin and smoked paprika, and they make for a taste explosion. What's more, in typical Nourish Bud fashion we rehydrate our own sundried tomatoes to minimise oil and make it as healthy as possible for our wonderful customers.
We recommend removing the houmous pot, heating up the Shakshuka then dolloping the houmous on top cold.
Heat main dish for 3-4 minutes in the microwave.
